Hi there,
I'm just keen to try playing Zeliard (I haven't read a bad thing about it) but I'm turned off running it in DOSBox v0.73 with the PC speaker being used for music and sound. Yech.
I've read that it can use AdLib, Sound Blaster or MT-32 sound, but how? I've been playing other Sierra games like Sorcerian and Thexder II and they both include an install program to specify your sound and music options, but Zeliard doesn't appear to have them.
Can anyone help? I've never really used DOS before and I'm new to DOSBox as well.

Also, being able to switch graphics modes from 16 colour EGA to 64 colour MCGA would be cool too, thanks!

I play it through dosbox too from windows 7, you can set the game up through "install" for the sound issue but don`t know anything about the graphics, feel free to send me a mail if you`d like to talk it over or any other retrogames

I am playing on XP sp2 with DOSBox .073, no worries. Midi won't work, but I don't care! God I love this game. Come one people and let me hear some ZELIARD love!

I've moved to a new place and got a new computer, but I'm gonna download the game again and play it for old times' sake. Been playing WoW for about 2 years so I kinda left Zeliard for dead, especially not much was goin' on here...
Can't wait to give it another spin, especially since there's an MMO version in the works. Gotta catch up on my lore, y'know?
